We don't deal in contracts, my dear Sion. XWA is an independent promotion. We operate as a corporate entity that takes in talent from around the world REGARDLESS of where it is that they may call "home", therefore, we don't do contracts. You're paid for the work that put in. Each member that expresses interest in added to our information database, and a Swiss Bank account is opened in their name. Earnings are transferred there and can be used...whenever.
It saves me the trouble of having answer every person who walks in the door. You submit your app, you're added to the roster...then what you make of being a part of XWA is entirely up to you. Simple...

Not so fast...since you're here...you might as well pick up the necessary "eqiupment" you'll need. Head over to IT Department, and you'll be given this Blackberry.
Carmella pulls a sleek looking PDA from a drawer in her desk, the XWA logo on screen.
Everyone who joins, gets it delivered to them immediately, but I can save on shipping costs by just having you pick them up yourselves. Anytime I have any information for or about anything, show locations, titles, anything...I will send it via video feed to all XWA Combatants on this baby.

Sion turns and quickly follows brother Seifer out of Carmella's office. This was definitely an educational meeting...a lot of new experiences it seemed were in store for everyone in XWA.
