Jeremy Pendelton III is an overconfident, cocky Preppy bastard. He's designed to be the kind of person who doesn't care about anyone but himself and thinks that he's the greatest thing since sliced bread...even when he loses. I've read before that some people don't like characters that have that "holier than thou" attitude. Pendelton is made to kind of spoof that attitude in that he's so blatant with it that you can't possibly take it seriously.
Think of Chris Jericho in any of his heel runs, Jack Swagger and Ric Flair all in one with a little bit of "Wildcat" Chris Harris in his "backstage politician" gimmick in TNA, and that should give you an idea of what I'm going for with this kind of character.
Do not, I repeat do not take anything he says as being serious comments towards anyone or anything in the XWA. In fact, you might find what he does say to be quite funny in it's ridiculously "political" nature.
