There was supposed to be 3rd match, but do to time constraints I decided to leave it at 1-1 so that you and Punch have something to go on to start the 2009 season.

From what I've seen so far, there are some awesome matches. Congrats to the winners. Two questions, what is the theme song used for the show and is there going to be another awards show like there was at the end of the previous season?

Well I've gotta give it to Bianca and the rest of the Diamond roster this year, you all honestly shut me up and put me down or in my place as it were. It's tough to be there and if you aren't incredibly refined in making moves and roleplaying, well it's tough. So agains congrats Bianca and anyone else I fought against this year.

1st off HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2nd off, I've watched 4 matches since getting home from getting trashed tonight (Wait until you see the pics)  and WOW!!! My fave match of the night has to be the Last Dance itself. Talk about edge of your seat action. But that's not taking from the rest of the card, including my match. What a way to close out the 2009 season, and congrats to the winners. Can't wait ti do it again in 2 months.  Edit: NEW AVY FTW!!! |

I've watched a number of the matches too, and I'm in total agreement. I love how both the main events came right down to the wire, but the Last Dance ended in a way that's sure to stoke the fires in an already interesting rivalry. It's not every day you get a pair of matches that the eliminations come so fast one after the other, so late in the match...which was kick ass. As far as MG and Punch go, I'm more then willing to continue things into next year, especially if you plan on bringing the rest of TNN back from Prison. My recommendation is that everyone watch ALL the matches. You won't be disappointed. |

First off, Tommy Tryton has the most powerful knife-edged chop in the world. I was like WTF when he actually pinned Sylk after that because Robby really didn't look like he took that much damage in TLD at that point. I could say the same for O'Dell until those two good, long cranks sealed the deal in the end. And now...XWA runs on TEH COLOR PURPLE!!!We happy.  |
