Clearly "The Avenger" is only good at referring to to himself in the 3rd person. Because As I recall, you had two chances to with the title, and failed MISERABLY at them. Another classic case of a man believing his own hype, even if that hype is meaningless. You're a joke if you think the National Title should just be handed over to you, when you've done BUPKIS to even deserve it. Whereas I've run through competitor after competitor. And if need be, I'll run through YOU. Merely to prove the point that you're just a feeble, tired hack. And I am the NEXT XWA National Champion. So what will it be, Avenger? Do you feel like hearing yourself talk some more? Or can you put your money where you mouth is?
And yes, in case you're to thick headed to see past that ego of yours, I'm CHALLENGING you to a match, TONIGHT. Call it a preview of what's in store for you and ALL the other guys in SECONDSHOT.

The Avenger takes in what Jasta has to say
Tired hack? Meaningless hype? Well the Avenger looks at you and sees someone that thinks they are bigger than the game. The Avenger sees a lost soul that has led himself down the road of ignorance and bliss. You see Jasta this is what the Avenger was waiting for. Someone to have enough guts to come out and go one on one with the greatest living human being alive today. To go one on one instead of wondering about the ppv or their own legacy or failed life. You see Jasta you can come out here and run your nickel plated mouth all you want about what you are going to do and who you beat. But the bottom line is pal you haven't beat the Avenger. Now the Avenger could be like some guys and give excuses why he can't wrestle you or proclaim to be bigger than the federation.
Because when the Avenger was at home and watching the XWA and got the call to come in for an interview to be a part of this company; the Avenger saw how some of these guys thought they were the Avenger and pal that was just as disturbing as watching grass grow. But you see Jasta, the Avenger came in and signed the contract to do this thing. Not because the Avenger had to prove anything because everyone and they momma knows who the Avenger is. But he came in here to show the world that he can and will dominate like before. He will be a champion and the face of this company. No matter if that pisses of World Champion Keith Wyle. If it pisses off KOC Champion in Primo Valiante. Or if it pisses off Jon Payne. The bottom line kid is this and that is the Avenger accepts your little challenge but it will be a war. Not one of these single matches but the Avenger wants you in this!!!
The Avenger points to the sky and the camera shows a cage.
That's right Jasta! 20 feet of steel! No way in or out. You win by pinfall or submission. And the Avenger don't give a damn if you are in this National Title match at the ppv or not. Tonight your ass belongs to the Avenger. Now are you going to run that nickel plated mouth of yours or are you going to accept? Are you going to give excuses why you can't run with the "Big Dog" or are you going to hide under the skirt of management and want me in a single match or just wrestle another noob to boost that so called ego of yours some more? Matter of fact it is ironic because the next time the Avenger sees Primo; you and him will have the same thing in common. What do you think about that punk!

Running his hand over his growing beard, Jasta smiles as he stands and listens to Avenger's response. The man was a legend. But Jasta prided himself a legend in the making. The idea of adding him to his still growing list of men to fall at his feet was a promising one...
A steel cage match? You say it as if I'm supposed to be shocked that I'm facing you in a cage. *laughs* My associate Primo should be the LAST thing on your mind. What you should be focused on this night, is if you'll be able to walk out of this arena under your own power. Because I see a steel cage as a WEAPON. A means to inflict even more pain upon a fool then my bare hands. And name NO bones about it, pain is in your future. So consider you invitation to this cage match accepted. Seeing the agony on your face is going to be worth TEN National Titles.
With a smirk, he awaits Avenger's next statement.

Avenger smiles and then laughs
Not just a cage but "THE" cage of all cages. Where when you leave as the winner or loser you are never the same. But you see you think the Avenger is out of his league or you are going to deprive him of his future in XWA? And one way or another the Avenger will make an example out of you. Not because you come out here to run your mouth but because the Avenger wants the administration as well as these hot shots that think they are champions to take notice on who the Avenger is. The Avenger comes out and tells ya how it is going to be. And knowing you care less about the accomplishments that the Avenger has but tonight the Avenger plans on taking his accomplishments and throwing them out the window as he takes your career and makes it his stomping ground.
Now Jasta you wanted a date with the Avenger then pal you got it. The Avenger has got some great things happening this month. The Avenger will take care of you tonight. Lionheart will get his as well. The National Title will go around the Avenger's waist. So Bryan Jasta you go in the back and take those steroids of yours and get yourself pumped up. You enter the Avenger's domain as you watch the Avenger come down to the ring. You look in the Avenger's eyes as the cage comes down as you realize the mistake you made but don't worry the Avenger plans on making this something you should of never gotten into. You will be the example to the others that the Avenger is the man.
Tonight you will witness first hand that the Avenger prophesies and the "Revelation" tonight will be the "Retribution" that the Avenger plans to testify to all that crosses the Avenger.

Psycho also happens to be standing outside the ring....waiting to jump in at the given opportunity. Well, Testudo just so happened to give him this opportunity.
"Testudo's right. There should be another team in this TTT match. That team should be me and Blaze. I realize we haven't done a whole lot since we've been here.....But give us a chance and we'll show you what we can do!"[/color]
Psycho awaits for either Testudo or Blackheart to respond.

Testudo swerved his head to look at Psycho.
"Whoa whoa whoa! You guys want in on this TTT match? Fraid you'll have to speak it over with the two guys I have planned."[/b]
Turning his attention away from Psycho, Testudo turned to the audience in attendance.
"Now, you're all wondering who this team may be, correct? Well, let's just say I had the pleasure of training these two random bastards."[/b]
Testudo's clue had immediately sparked in some of the audience members, instantly recognising who the giant was on about. Because of this, those particular audience members cheered with glee.
"Hah, I guess some of you guys are smarter than I thought."[/b]
Turning back to face Ms. Blackheart, Testudo speaks again.
"Even you can guess by now who I'm on about."[/b]

Well it looks to me like there are some people itching for a fight here aren't there? Well, if we can have ourselves a third team to get involved in this TTT match then we'll change the landscape of things. Monolith has already found their place at Solstice. With one more team we will have one more TTT match against Blaze & Psycho and Testudo's "random bastards"...I think I might know who they are.
The winners of that match and the originally scheduled TTT for the night will face off in ANOTHER TTT match Solstice, with the victor to face Viewer Discretion for the Tag Titles later that evening. How does that sound?

Carmella, I don't ask for much, and I sure as hell don't demand anything. That's why I think I should be in this match. I realize you haven't made the picks yet, and hey, maybe you have but you're not revealing them, just think about it this way: I am the next big thing. Size can't hold me back. You're currently looking at two of the biggest jokers in XWA, Bryan Jasta and The Avenger. Jasta must of watched The Lion King way to many times cuz he apparantly thinks he is a lion himself, and Avenger, as Jasta pointed out, can only narrate his life. However, he's an anti-christ and that's cool! Then, of course, you have the sensation known far and wide as FIREK!D. Who's the best candidate? Exactly.
Uhh...
Thinking of something to end it of with a bang, he says the first thing that comes to mind....

The voice of Adam Devlin sounds over the PA.
If there is one man in this BUILDING deserving of being in this match, let alone BEING National Champion, you're looking at him right here.
Devlin makes his way to the ring, joining the many who were already inside.
As far as XWA goes, I'm one of the ORIGINALS. Yet here we have...
He points to Jasta...
One of the best wrestlers from the now DEFUNCT SWA, aka Hell On Earth
He then points to Avenger...
One of the FLAGSHIP wrestlers of TNB, or at least one of the few who proved they didn't SUCK enough not to make it here.
And finally he points to Firek!d...
And another former TNB star, who may or may not have ties to some other places as well. Who knows, since he's not even LEGAL yet.
And then you have ME. On the roster, I'm XWA Superstar Number TWO. The second guy in the door when this place kicked off. And for the last EIGHT months, I've been taking the fight to that French airhead Sabastien. I've taken my lumps, and I've dished them as well...just ask Jasta. I'm about DUE, and the National Title would look right at home on my waist. So sorry to spoil your lil' moment of glory, but come Solstice, that title is coming home with ME.

*From the crowd of wrestlers around the ring, the next one who wanted to speak was Kayn. He climbed into the ring and grabbed a microphone.*
“Ms. Blackheart, you and the previous GM have done so much to help further my career in this company. I’ve received more title shots here, than I ever have. And while there are a bunch of people saying that they ‘deserve’ the National title, or at least a shot at it whether they truly do or not, I refuse to be one of those people. I know title shots are earned, not given.”
*Kayn then looked out at the other wrestlers outside the ring, focusing on Vikram and Nigel Sledge.*
“Besides, I have a feeling my dance card will be full for awhile. But know I appreciate everything you have done for me, and if you need anything from me, don’t hesitate to ask.”
*Kayn looks at Carmella, bows to her, leaves the ring and rejoins his fellow superstars at ring side.*

Sylas climbs up onto the apron with his mic and is quick and to the point as he looks to Carmella Carmella, you know where to look if you want things done in an effective, respectable and thorough manner. I got 4 people who are ready willing and able to do exactly what needs to be done. All you gotta do is say the word and point in the direction you want us in.
And I do think you know what I mean. You definitely have my name for the hat if you want a respectful champion.Then he hops down and rejoins the rest of the people around the ring |
