I just wanna give you a heads up that the moves X has as his finishers I don't wish to change, cuz those are the moves he uses in ICWL. The Dragon DDT and Sweet Chin Music. And I actually went and purchased the game, though I'd much rather use what you come up with for X as opposed to my own attempt since I'm a SVR noob

In light of a few PM's I've gotten and recieved, I'm going to say this here and now, and I'd appreciate EVERY to read this.
While we understand that many people want to use some of the new moves on the game. We as staff say that if your 07 moves are still on the game, and you changing your moves doesn't reflect a change in your character's persona, DON'T CHANGE YOUR FINISHERS!!! What sense does it make switching to a new finisher when your move is still available?
None.
And another issue I'm seeing in the early going is people spamming two particular moves, the Elijah Experience and Shining Wizard 8 as secondaries. In which AGAIN I fall back on if your moves from 07 are still on 08 (in which ALL parties using those moves secondaries still remain on the game) what's the point on using these two moves? Especially when there are plenty other moves to choose from. The only two people thus far I see who have legitimate changes to there secondaries using those moves are Ashley Diamond and Aimi Hoshiko, of which the secondary the both shared in 07 the El Paso is no longer in the game. (Aimi using the Experience and Ashley using Shining Wizard 8) For everyone else, know this and take heed, the moment someone comes into XWA and uses either move as primaries, which is a HUGE possibility, you'll asked to change it back to your 07 secondary. So if you'd like you can do yourself the favor now and switch then back right now. Because already we have 6 people using those two moves, of which only two have legitimate reason for there switches.

I simply changed up my secondary because when I initially saw the move I wanted to use it for Lucas whenever it was available in game. I originally had him with GTS and one of the Anaconda Vices (the standing one) but they were both frontal...and one was SS...and this was very prototype.
Lucas has had the Vertabreaker since I first made him, I've changed his primary once I think...and that was for maybe a month. As far as I can see, thus far me and Aimi are the only ones using the EXPERIENCE as a secondary.

Can I be added to the list before someone comes and takes my move and I don't notice?

What move is that?
Thus far it's
Elijah Experience: Nick Jones, Aimi Hoshiko, Lucas Styles
Shining Wizard 8: Ryan Blaze, Addison Grey, Ashley Diamond
6 people. 2 moves. Your primaries aren't the concern. It's the lack of originality in terms of your secondaries that are the issue. As it stands Aimi and Ashley hold priority over the moves since there 07 secondaries is gone. So as I said befor, should someone show up who uses either move as a primary, all but Ashley and Aimi will be required to change there secondaries, cuz all of your 07 secondaries are still on the game and readily available. And if by that time they're not, well...you're S.O.L.
So my suggestion is to just go back to the secondaries you have in 07. Because once they get selected as primaries by anyone new, you WON'T have the option to have them. It's your choice, folks.

My move was FU-2 for both.. and if I change one because of a gimmick, why not change the other? I changed it to the Lionsault. Any problems with that?

Seeing as one of my own accounts uses the Lionsault, no. I generally am ok sharing secondaries from my own accounts. Primaries are another story. But for everyone else who posts here, let's try to be creative with secondaries please? For crying out loud, I've got a character who'll be using a CORNER move as secondary. Widen your pallets of moves people.

what about the people who finishers are effective anymore...case in point Keith's 07 Secondary finisher B.Tazzmission2 isn't a submission move (which I still can't figure how they left that move and handful of others submissions OUT of the Struggle Submission System) which effectively makes it useless, wouldn't that warrant a move change?

They are still effective moves.........just not if your looking to finish someone off, I mean as Tazz always says, just cuz its a finisher, doesn't mean it always finish the match....

That does count as a warranted need to change a secondary, or primary for that matter if your old move no longer serves it intended purpose EI: The submission holds that no longer count as submissions.
SPEAKING of Submission, I really wish you all would read the SS Moves guideline thread. I know for a fact Kim's Primary style isn't submission, there for SHE CAN NOT HAVE A STRUGGLE SUBMISSION MOVE AS A FINISHER. We don't come up with these rules for our health people. Please find Kim another secondary.

If submission is your secondary grapple YOU CAN NOT USE A SS MOVE AS A FINISHER, PRIMARY OR SECONDARY!!![/color] As it goes for all other fighting styles, you pretty much fall in the same boat as someone with submission as a secondary, and bare in mind, some styles don't even HAVE SS moves, while others only have 2-3. You pretty much follow the same guidelines, but if your Powerhouse/Brawler or Dirty/Brawler, you don't really have much use for an SS move now do you?
There it is, plain as day.
