Shane wipes a small trickle of sweat from his brow. He heard her the first time. He just didn't want to acknowledge it.
*Sigh*...Look. I don't know how to tell you this, so I'm just gonna come out and say it. My father's had a drug problem since before I was born. He's a class-A junkie. I haven't spoken to him in almost 3 years, ever since I got heavy into wrestling. He himself was a wrestler, but he let the drugs and stuff take over his life. I ignored it when you said it because I don't wanna see you in the same light. You've got all this stuff going for you, and I know you're still on the bounce back from what happened to you last year. I guess I just don't wanna own up to the idea that you DO still have demons to fight.[/font]
