I saw this done somewhere else and liked the idea so I decided to start something similar myself here. OH NOEZ, we'z copycatz!!! XWA sux!!! lol Anyways... Let's keep it all in one thread here though in order to conserve space, heh heh. I'll of course start with myself. So here's my life story . My e-fedding days began a while back, sohopmore year in college I was a part of a text based fed that ran over Collegeclub.com. I figured since I was a creative writer and was into wrestling I figured I'd give it a shot, so I brought my boy, everyone's favorites masked menace Riot. It only took about a month before I was in a world title match against the fed's champ and an awesome roleplayer who's character was named Markus Out. I ended up winning that world title, which was a big thing for me since it was my first try. I managed to hold onto it for one match before losing it, and then unfortunately the fed started to dry out. After a good 6 months as a member I left and that was pretty much my roleplaying/e-fedding history up until 2006.
That's when I joined the fed known as VWE-Virtual Wrestling Entertainment thanks to some adverts on the CAWS.ws board. One of many who joined, but for reasons of my own I didn't stay for the full season of theirs, leaving on good terms of course. A good reason for that was because I had started my own fed midway through 2006 known as LXW-The League Of Xtraordinary Wrestling. Some could have called it's short-lived existence a success, there was a pool of talent there that at one point I would've considered the best of the best.
In hindsight though-and I care not who this pisses off in saying it-all it taught me was exactly how NOT to run an e-fed. Being a "fed-head" means that you're going to have to deal with a lot of egos and babies who will expect to get their way and I was having none of that. I have admitted to making mistakes on my end, but it wasn't my mistakes alone that led to the fed's ultimate closing-and only recently have certain people involved began to admit that they too helped destroy what was a good thing. Some probably still will never humble themselves enough to admit it, and it's that kind of ego that holds them down. I say with no ego however that if not for my efforts in LXW though, a lot of these other feds you see nowadays wouldn't even be around-and that is as they say online "QFT". That of course led us to Feb of last year when my brother and I decided to get this very fed off of the ground.
It was him truth be told who convinced me to go through with it again. He wanted so much to prove we could do it again that there was no real fighting it. The main thing that we had decided to do however was in my opinion the best course of action that could have ever been thought up-we went outside that tightly knit box of e-feds some of you know and love to get our membership. First time RPers from CAWS.ws, more experienced people from other e-feds and folks that my brother and I were going to bring in to LXW. A whole flock of total strangers who we hoped would grow along with the fed and help build what you can truly say is a different experience, solely on the fact that you're not dealing with the same people from two or three other e-feds. You'd be surprised how many other e-feds there are out there and in my opinion we represent that diversity more than anywhere else. That's enough fed-hyping for now though, lol.
After a full year full of trials and tribulations, drama and politics and ten gallons of haterade, our happy little corner of the universe still stands strong. We survived the most important year in an organization's existence, the first. I myself am poised to keep it rolling now because this year like last year I'm doing things the right way. I eluded to this in a conversation last night how in some places things weren't done the right way. I basically learn from that and do what is in fact the opposite of them and of what I myself may have done and I'd like to think we've benefited greatly from that, my brother's efforts and that of the whole roster and staff alike here. The vibe here is much more casual than I'd have hoped for though, people don't "hang out" here so much as they come on, do what have to do and log-off. That's just how it goes cuz we have an older crowd here for the most part and many grown folk out there have more to do than sit in front of a PC all day (unless that's your job of course, lol).
Anyways, aside from the fed-life, I'm an artist-even have a few sketches up here somewhere. I think I'll make a showcase thread of that someday. I also dabble-well more like immerse myself in music production a lot like my brother who does trance, except I'm into Drum & Bass. This year I hope to get a deal through an mp3 site and I've even been talking to a few record labels in the UK, where Drum & Bass is king. I still write as well, trying to pen a story that I hope will become a comic sometime. It's just that all the rest that I have going doesn't give me time to do so, a case of so many things so little time for sure.
I also have a new lady in my life whom I love very much. She very supportive of me and my work, even the e-fed...in fact (gasp!) she's a member of XWA right now! That's all I'll say about who she is for now. What else is there? College grad in graphic design though I haven't worked a single graphics job yet-New York's a tough market, lol.
Personality wise, I'm pretty much loyal to those who're loyal to me. I don't mean that in a "take bullets for me" way or anything, I mean that I stand by and do whatever it is that I can for the people who stand by what it is that I try to do both here and elsewhere. I don't kiss anyone's ass and don't expect anyone to kiss mine. I'm a fairly easy-going guy who's contrary to what it is that some will say VERY approachable. I can be authoritative at times, but that's because I have a "go-getter" attitude.
I work hard and have worked hard for everything I have and I'm not the type who will sit by and let someone slack off. At the same time I like to know what's going on with people. If I could I'd keep in touch with everyone but there's not enough hours in the day for all that and all the rest of the things I have in front of me. Many can attest to the fact that I can be one's best friend or one's worst enemy and they'd be right on both accounts. My good side is a just as great a place to be on as my bad side is a place you'd want to stay away from. I assure you that I've gone easy on several people on my "shit-list" to date. It's a saying I go by that keeps me moving forward though, "A Waste Is A Terrible Thing To Mind." Let them continue on their path and I'll continue on mine because there's great things that lie ahead where I'm headed.
My life right now is pretty much my woman, my family, my art, my music and whatever tasks it may be I'm performing for monetary compensation, lol. This fed, XWA-is my hobby, one of many but certainly the most time consuming one. It's an escape from the everyday and should be treated as such. I think that in some cases people think of it as a second life, and that's not good. That's when you start to take it too seriously, and that's when it starts feeling less like fun and more like well...life. I think some people out there would benefit from uncrossing their wires, but that's just me.That's most of what I can think of right now. Wasn't as long as I would've thought it to be, lol. Again, anyone who wishes to share a bit on themselves, feel free...but do it here.

I just started e-fedding last season here. Outside of here, my day job is an installation scheduler for an Audio/Video company and in my minimum spare time, I help run a website that covers the local west coast metal and punk scene, and I play bass in a death metal band in Seattle. I'm a very honest and open person so if you have any questions for me, just ask.

The hardest working men in show business you guys are. I'd lose my hair from all the work you guys put in. It is appreciated though. Me, I followed LXW late and was going to join up there with Robby here before it closed. Was looking forward to butting heads with a few people there too, but I guess that was just not to be. I'm a fairly silent member of CAWS.ws myself which is how I heard of LXW and then XWA as I'm a follower of Thr33X's CAW work (who isn't right?), so I joined here and got off to a pretty quick start with that Destiny Knight broad I see in other places now. Just for all you suckas out there, she got the Sylkworm first biatches! XD Looking forward to stepping it up in 2008 a few notches. Since I don't know how long my partner is going to be away I think I might get some one-on-one stuff rolling and make another run at the World Title too, then VD will be back in full force-still XWA's only two handler tag team. [/pride] That and I got a friend to join up who Thr33X was gracious enough to let use the Channelle character. I hear she's making waves right now. Speaking of gracious, Mr. X was kind enough to work with me in developing the look for Syrus Sykes, the coolest mofo in all of wrestling behind Robby of course. XD I think I've said thank you for that about a million times, but I'll do it again. I concur with the whole "being there for people" thing he mentioned. These guys go out of their way for us and if there's anything at all that you need help with, don't be afraid to ask them. What else on me? Well, I don't like to talk much about my life outside of here. I'll agree with X on the other part he said about this being an escape from the outside. I prefer to keep that outside outside personally. Just know that I'm a cool cat and I'm looking forward to working with as many people here as I can with both Robby and Syrus-and if you have any ideas or whatever PM me and we can brainstorm from there.

This is my second year e-feding. Last year I was with VWE for 6 months. But with school involved I really don't have time.(Thank God for 3 computer classes ) My really good friend Matt also known as Kevin Kain introduced me to this yesterday and I joined immediatly. I am pretty good at Rping but I am hoping to be the best.

XWA despite what most might think was NOT 1st first venture into an efed. That distinction goes to APW. The character I'd brought in was Chris Havik. (Now Chris Hevessey) I was having technical problems with the Java on my PC, and to my fortune there were two computer whizzes that helped me own and save me tons of grief AND money. Those two were Kaoz and Yin. But it didn't stop there. I really had no role playing experience. I clicked on the link that I saw on CAWS and figured I'd give it a go. So Kaoz and Yin were feeding me ideas on things to do and who and who NOT to work with. I decided to work an angle with Yin's character Bryan Jasta, but then of course the stupidity that was APW's management happened, where they felt the need to remove 3x for a rather dumb reason. (Imagine that?) Kaoz and Yin remained, but then Yin brought up the faulty moveset regulations of the fed, which prompted another member to show HIS true colors (being yellow) and that essentially was the last straw for Yin, and HE left APW. And soon after, Kaoz left without notice as well. (Who can blame him? They ousted his brother, and chased away a guy he himself helped bring in.) What did it for me was when I sent a PM to one of the "Angels" (Which one is irrelevant) asking a practical question. And I got a one word answer. As if they couldn't be bothered with me. So I sent this particular Angel a response stating that I'd like my caw removed from there database, and that I didn't feel that they, or whoever els ran the place was very competent as far as person to person relations, and I left APW. A week later, I check my Email, and Yin sends me a link to XWA, which Kaoz and 3x had started a month earlier. It was still in the building phase, and they only had one show down at the time. They were still looking for female characters for there still unnamed Women's division, so I decided this time to bring in another character alongside Havik. Ashley Diamond. Who is pretty much me if I were a wrestler. Everything about Ashley is me. Her attitude, her mannerisms, even her face. And from that point on, I pretty much became XWA's best overall role player. And to think APW could have had Ashley and everything I've done here, I could have done there? A mistake I know none of them in there new op will admit to, but anyone who's been around early on know plain as day. Eventually I ended up scrapping Havik (As I wasn't coming up with much for him, and I didn't really have much in terms of role playing a male, since I'm female) and focusing on Ashley full time, which expanded what I was able to do with her even further. As time went on, I brought in Sara Beck as well, but even with Sara now being Diamond Champion, (Proof that I can make some solid caws on the fact that BOTH my characters have been Diamond champ) Ashley IS and always will be my #1. I take pride in the fact that I pretty much helped build XWA into the juggernaut it is today. I've seen people actually make mention to and of Ashley on Roughcut.com, which is like the MECCA of Efeds. That's big IMO. to know that there are people across the net who know of my character and what she represents. And it's easy because in every single RP I've done or will do with her I simply start by asking myself "What would I do in this situation?" Away from Efeds, I lead a rather mundane life. I'm originally from Philadelphia, but moved to Texas to attend College (Texas A&M) which was were I was for the last 4 years. I graduated in November, and has since moved back to Philly. Right now I'm doing an apprenticeship for my field, Architecture. I hope to one day be doing my own thing, doing what I love. I WAS seeing someone in Texas, but sadly our paths went two different ways, as he was originally from Nevada (And I sure as hell wasn't going to Nevada. Right now my focus is on my career. If something comes my way, I'll keep an eye out for it. Though I have been speaking to "Someone" here in XWA for the last two months that I've grown to liking. He knows who he is. XWA for me has become more then an efed. It's like a second family. I keep in touch with a BUNCH of people online, as well as a few on the phone, and I'm even contemplating heading up to New York to hang with Kaoz & Nimz (Aka Adam Devlin) over the spring, since it's only a Cepta and NJ Rail ride away to get to Manhattan. For me, this place means more then just text on a screen. This is a place where I've formed bonds with people. Friendships that may last years. Maybe even a relationship if "someone" plays his cards right. (No worries, you're doing fine, sir.) To see this place grow even more, to share ideas and creativity with other like-minded people, to build further bonds with people. That's what keeps me coming back. I'm an intricate part of the XWA landscape. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Where to start....... I just started e-fedding this year, I found out about LXW, on the last damn day it was open no less, through....crap....I can't remember ;D anyway I was amazed that people were doing this so instead of everyone else who just jumped in I had my doubts if I could do it. So I played watcher for a little while looking at most of the feds, just reading the storylines people came up with. It was until I saw XWA that I went ahead and made that step, main reason for that was everywhere else had this elitist attitude, kinda like if your a n00b don't bother joining, and I didn't want that to be me so I watched and paid attention to some of the more experience rp'ers, then had a little battle royal on my psp version of 07 to see who to join as and then most of the rest is history....important note I owe a big thanks to Amber for answering my first COOC thread....she's the reason Keith's a nice guy now about me well I'm what you might call a people pleaser, It kinda bugs me when people don't like me (just in case anyone around here was wondering why I don't speak in some threads around here, that's why)I mean don't like as in they make a decision not to like me because of something I said or my view on one issue, but after a couple of events that took place last year and how some people's view of me caused them to call me something I didn't particularly care for I think that not speaking up in some threads policy is out the window now. But outside of this, I'm natural goofball, talk to the right people I'm a charismatic goofball but like I said (I think I said it) I'm a nice guy and I'm willing to work with anyone( I met Kayn through answering one of his creation thread at TNB and that's how we started out) so like others have offered... oh wait you thought I was gonna do some big loud blue colored sign thing....ha! Oh F'it.... I can to work with you!!!!!!!!!! (terms and conditions may vary...) ;D

Ok well for Nick it is pretty simple. I started RPing in WTF/VWE a very popular site to most. First place that was my home for about half a year. Afterwards my cousin *Cough* Austin Harris *Cough* taught me how to RP better. I then returned to VWE but thought it got just a little daul. So I asked my cousin again what good feds is he in. At first he had said LXW and I was excited to join but I found out that your RPs had to be wicked good so I decided not to join. Afterwards when it closed I joined here.

I got exams bright and early in the morning edit: Now that I think of it, some of the people who were booted weren't even that bad... That's because UNLIKE some of the "elitist" places that Alpha mentioned, we don't hold people to how well or not they role play. We hold them to how they INTERACT with other members. If we feel that you don't fit in our fed, you're gone. Hence is the reason why certain folks are no longer here. IMHO Nick's one of the most improved RPers I've seen. Comparing his work back then to now, it's like it two different people. As for those no longer here, It had nothing to do with there RP'ing skills. It had EVERYTHING to do with there personal integrity. But that's another discussion all together. ANYWAYZ!!! Here's my entry into this (Waits for everyone to get there gasps out of the way) Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere we go... I started my RPing journey in 2006. Just a few months after my brother did in WTF. I didn't have a PC of my own, so I was limited to using his when he wasn't around. But even though It was my 1st time role playing, I was NO STRANGER to coming up with dynamic and interesting characters. 3x and I had been doing it for YEARS in our artwork, which obviously translated into caw design, which in turn translated into the deep characteristics our caws have. (Anyone who knows me well enough knows that I've got a skull FULL of wicked and sick ideas that would and has made for rock solid role playing material) The character I opened up with was the now IMFAMOUS Jayson Jones, who is for all intents and purposes me with the volume on max in WTF. And it's safe to say, I scared people. I made people uncomfortable with how raw, gritty and unpredictable the character was. And I can sit here and type this knowing full well that it's the dog on truth, VWE wasn;t ready for such a character. The show they ran was rated PG13 at best, whereas the original concept of Jay-J was Rated R. NC17 at times for that matter. You pair that up with the fact that I started later then my bro and the "others" and that's why Jay-J sat in WTF a good 4 months. But eventually, I ended up "called up" to VWE, but the stay was short lived, as 3x started up LXW, and we both saw it in our best interests to pull out of VWE to focus on getting LXW off the ground. Anyone who remembers, remembers that firestorm that brought on. But that too, is another story. I'm not even going to get to much into detail about my tenure in LXW. I pretty much did two tours of duty in the fed. The 1st, as a mod/GM of the show SLAM!, which under my eye blew the doors off even VWE's best stuff at the time. But due in part to outside influence and accusations which of course were later found to be total bullshit, I got ousted from not just my seat in LXW, but the fed as a whole. The second stint came late in LXW's season as a standard member, but I ended up leaving on my own seeing that the place had become a mess FAR BEYOND anything I or any of my characters could salvage. During the time between LXW and XWA, I spent most of my roleplaying time back in WTF with Evan Fate, a much lighter and upbeat character then Jay-J, as well as work in TNB. (more behind the scenes, but a few of my characters did make appearances) This of course led to APW. I decided to give the place a go because I really thought that people had put LXW behind them, as this was one of the two feds that showed up after 3x closed the doors on LXW. It seemed like it was going to be different, but then the same old shit started happening. People getting to big for there britches. Long story short, I ended up leaving APW for the same reason I left LXW the 1st time. It was a ship heading right for an Iceberg, and I don't like swimming. But mid-way through the APW BS, 3x told me that he'd already started on a new board, but due in part that he was pretty drained from all the garbage he got as Terra in APW, he was on the fence of even doing anything with it. As he mentioned, It was me who convinced him that WE should do it. As in Him AND me. 50/50 unlike LXW, and basically go outside of the box in terms of EVERYTHING about the fed. New characters, new role players, a new atmosphere. And XWA was born. I did most of the early grunt work in terms of finding new recruits (Like finding Hungrywolf80(Scott O'Dell), who was a part of CAW.WS's IWF fed, and Nimz(Adam Devlin), who I'd met on Roughcut.com, by way of playing SVR06 Online) and to start, it was ONLY going to be a 40 man/20 Woman roster. But then somehing funny started happening. People started finding us. 3x had posted the fed link and info on Roughcut, and we started getting more page views. More guests started showing up on the board. We started getting more emails and PMs on CAWS asking us about the place. Eventually word reached all the other feds that we were back in "The Game". And they said "It's just LXW 2.0". WRONG, because XWA as it stands now NOT ONLY out did LXW, it's outdone the other feds born of LXW's demise COMBINED on sheer numbers alone. It's not ego, it's FACT. Again, another topic in and of itself. Bottom line, XWA got a demand. People wanted in. So what's a pair of admins to do? We opened the doors. This was also around the time that Lionheart (Who had a hand in XWA from day one as he was one of the ONLY people from the past feds we even let in on XWA at 1st) opted to shelve TNB, so there was the boon of TNB characters coming over, LXW alums joining up, and totally new people like Kris Cade and Bianca Dianaco. And the rest as they say, is history. To this day, I still do the same recruiting to bring in new people as I did when we started out, hence I found such gems as Damage Inc and Devin Storm. And other people have followed the white rabbit to our little corner of the net as well. Are we proud, no...am I proud of XWA and what it's become? HELL YEA. Because this fed, with everything it is, is my own personal vindication. There was one point and time where people said "Kaoz666 can't run an efed". What are those people doing now, and what am I doing? Nuff said. No ego involved, just bare facts. Personality wise, I'm as cool as the other side of the pillow, until you cross me. Something that many know all to well of. A hot head? Yes. A bit vile and vulgar when angered? Yup. But I don't ever blast anyone who doesn't deserve it. If you wrong me, I'll be more then happy to return the favor. But generally, people see me more as "business" kind of guy. I like to run a smooth, streamlined op. I'm approachable in that if you have a question, concern, comment, gripe, bone to pick with someone, or even with me, I'll hear you out. And I'll talk it through. But the moment I see or feel myself or someone else being insulted or disrespected, the gloves come off. I work all kinds of odd ours, hence sometimes you'll see me online during the day, sometimes you'll see me on overnight. I juggle helping run XWA, my music, my GF, my own gaming and the other crap I do in my spare time. Basically, I've got one hell of a full plate, but as 3x and I have and will ALWAYS say, so long as one of us has game console, a copy of the latest SVR game, (or whatever game we end up usingas the years roll on) a PC, Movie Maker and an internet connection, there will be XWA. We ain't goin' anywhere, anytime soon. Ok I'm done. Back to beating the T'Wolves ass.

edit: Now that I think of it, some of the people who were booted weren't even that bad... I know one of the guys that were booted is actually an alright roleplayer. Hmm.. That all goes into a certain point that we tend to go by here-we don't care what you do IC, it's what you do OOC that counts. There have been times when people have said thing about others and what have you OOC, but those instances have all been taken care of behind the scenes. That's the point of it being "behind the scenes", there are certain aspects of what is done here that's strictly on a need to know basis. This fed was never a matter of skill per se, because that is something that can be learned. It's more a matter of effort. The people who put their efforts in the right direction are the ones who are here, the people who didn't or those who just didn't care enough are the ones who are not. In truth we haven't booted many people out of here at all, they just kind of weeded themselves out because they weren't a fit for this kind of league. Admittedly one or two might have been slighted but we can't do anything to change that-only whatever it is to prevent it from happening again (see comments above). Credit that to much of the needless interfed drama that was tossed at our door. When you start here you start from 0 and some people just couldn't grasp the fact that being in XWA is not a place of "what have you done", but "what can you do", and "talent" or "skill" has nothing to do with that, effort has everything to do with it. We only ask of a few things from everyone here-adhere to the rules we set forth, don't be a "superstar"-and by that I mean think that you can get whatever you want here without proving your willing to work for it, and keep your noses clean-and by that I mean don't be a prick, and don't try to turn them brown in attempts to get ahead if you catch my drift.

Unless I get side tracked in my thoughts and start to ramble. This shouldn't be long I actually got started with e-fedding the same way I get started with most things in my life... by accident. I was actually looking for a fan fic page because I was, and still am into writing short stories. It was my senior year in high school and like I said while looking for one page I came across an efed accidentally. I clicked on the link and checked it out. After checking the fed out for a couple of days I thought it was cool that this took two of my favorite likes, wrestling and writing, and combined it into one. Needless to say I never did anything like this before so I was a bit apprehensive at first but I got better as time went. No i wasn't the greatest there but i did improve a little. Needless to as all things do overtime this fed closed. (See it's so long i don't even remember the name) I joined another soon after and that didn't last. I was contacted by one of the creators of the original fed I joined and joined up for the second launching of the fed. That lasted all of about 6 months before a few people ruined it and they closed again. Needless to say now that I was in college I didn't have much time for e feds, and the ones I saw didn't seem to catch my attention. E-fedding was forgotten and life went on. I left college after 2 years when my Major bored me stiff. (I'll go back when I find out what I really want to do.)When my grandfather got really sick last year I quit my job and got one closer to home to help my grandma take care of him along with my mom, aunt, and uncle. So thats basically my life now, help with my grandpa and go to work. (so if you see me on at all different hours thats why.) I found XWA same way I found the other e- feds by accident. I was looking for something else and clicked the link. What can I say, I had that sudden old nostalgic feeling. I checked it out and saw that registration wasn't open and was kinda disappointed at first. I liked the fact that you could actually watch the matches. I had never seen that before, the other feds I had been in were text feds. Then one day registration opened up and I decided screw it I was gunna join. OK ENOUGH OF THAT! Now about me personally. This is a lot shorter.. I promise. I'm the type of person that actually gets along with everyone. Or at least tries, there aren't too many people I don't get along with, and even less that I can say I actually hate. The only thing is that when I first get to know people I tend to be quiet and shy. Once I feel comfortable with people they start to see me for who I really am. Which in my case is an easy going, happy-go-luck girl, who occasionally when with the right group of people can be a goofball at times. Oh if your wondering why I'm not talking or typing with the accent. Just Jesse is from New Orleans. I'm from Jersey City, and if I typed with my Jersey accent you wouldn't understand a word! ;D

Hi there, my Name is Jacques and i decided to basically be in the crowd for the first time in a while (Plus it is a cool idea) i am 17 and i live in the south of england and i get bored easy i Started to E-fed in 2007 as i wanted to give it a go and i have been hooked since, i started in WTF as a character known as Toreno (sorta sounds familiar) and i basically made him to be a rip off to Steve Corino, i started for a few months and i did OK. he had 3 or four small feud and one feud with Erik "The Tank" Taylor and that was my first and i feuded with a member of the WTF Syndicate. and apart from that i recently got my first title match. I then after talking to a few people in the E-feds and i was convinced to go to XWA as a new character and i basically ripped off another guy Simon Diamond, and i was unbeaten for my first few months of XWA and then lost once at the final PPV, i had fues with many people such as Ace, Ryan blaze and MG. i decided to kill of DD because he wasnt well reacted to and he was kinda dull lol. hopefully my new character wont be. he seems to be doing OK. i also joined a smaller promotion where i featured 3 of my characters, and ironically only Toreno did well. I also have a CAW Problem, i create too many and i want to use them all in E-feds, i am currently trying to create another CAW for XWA he is having moveset problems but it may work Favorite food: Pizza (Typical) Favorite Wrestler: Steve Corino Hated Wrestler: Big Daddy V Favorite Band: Puddle of Mudd favorite football team (or Soccer) Manchester City
