Well then, you've got web based proxies, which I assume is what Jix was using, which a re convenient, but not always dependable. They pop up and go away like clockwork. One day you'll find a web proxy site that works well, the next day it gone. (Namely cuz they're kinda illegal ) THEN you have what I and Jasta use, which are web proxy PROGRAMS. They're SUPER reliable, but as you might guess, VERY hard to find. And even harder to set up unless you know the ins and outs of web code (And I DONT mean HTML, I'm talking code encryption, server inquiry, the stuff they DON'T teach you in computer class). I wouldn't recommend the later unless your SERIOUS about learning how to make it work, and what it takes to get it up and running, as if not setup right, you can actually block YOURSELF from getting on the net (Called a "Counter Proxy Error. Proxies work two ways, they block restricted info, or unblock it. If not set up right, a proxy program will block your system thinking it's an UNBLOCK proxy. You're pretty much screwed if that happens).
