so I have a new picture of the newest member of the family. (Ladies get ready to fall in love)  This is our newest dog, Logan. Quick info about him, the girlfriend got him from the shelter about two weeks ago. He was scheduled to be euthanized at 5pm the day the girl saved him at 1pm that day. He's about 6 months old and was in the shelter for about a month. He was obviously abused as he's skittish around people and whoever owned him before must have been a total dick because if you raise your voice slightly he pees himself and I think the prior owner had long hair because anytime I let my hair down he runs to the corner and pisses himself. He was checked by the vet and he must have some head trauma because he occasionally has these weird seizures, and I say weird because his head will twitch back and forth but he'll keep walking around like nothing's wrong. Thankfully he's adjusting well. Here's a photo of him with our lab.  And another of him.  |

As a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time Dog Whisperer fan (Cesar Milan is my role model) I can tell you that you have a project on your hands making Logan feel normal. No questions asked that he's got some emotional scarring. But from the sound of things, you and your girl give him plenty of love. What I'd suggest to you is to do some activities with Logan with your hair down. Yes, he's going to be scared shitless at 1st, but over time, he'll start trusting you. That sounds like Logan's biggest hang ups, fear and trust. Once you square away those issues, you should have yourself your typical super playful Lab puppy. |

So here's a new one from last night.  Yes, you're correct, that is the man, the myth, the legend himself, Henry Rollins. He did a spoken word show last night here in Seattle and I had the honor of getting a photo with him after the show along with a few piece of autographed merchandise. Now, with that being said after looking at this picture it's come to my realization that my fat ass needs to get on the treadmill. |

If you want a real workout, do MMA lol. I train 5 days a week all month long. I guarentee in 3 months you would be shredded. |
